We specialise in manufacturing precision frames, mechatronic modules, and equipment such as EFEMs, reticle handlers, optical surface analyzer platforms, overlay metrology platforms, steppers for wafer front end market and thin film deposition & coating equipment for the wafer back end, display panel and solar panel industry. These are complex and critical components that require a high degree of accuracy and reliability. To meet these requirements, we offer in-house vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities that include sheet metal fabrication, machining, powder coating, mechanical/electronic assembly, and testing. This allows us to control the entire process from design to delivery and protect our customers' IP.
